The landlord was so impressed with us that he went to Marty's work this morning to let him know in person that he would be happy to rent to us! We are going to sign the lease next week and will move in sometime in May.
I can't even begin to tell you what a relief it is.

Congratulations! I hate moving, but I think this will be good for you!
I don't like moving either, but this time we are doing it right! We will pick up the keys sometime at the end of April or beginning of May, and will spend the next month moving things in slowly, instead of just taking everything at once. That way I can unpack as we go, and by the time we are ready to leave here we will just have to take a few small things. I am so excited!

I am so excited! I have to get over "there" and ask Diana about how the heck to start my garden! The funny thing is, I think I am going to try a square foot potager garden. lol
